You can delete your account and permanently erase all associated data at any time directly through the app or website without having to contact customer support or make a phone call.
How to Delete Your Account (Step-by-Step)
I CONFIRM in the verification box, then press Permanently Delete My Account.
Scope of Immediate Data Erasure
Name, username, email address, password hash, jurisdiction selection, and timezone settings.
All clock-in and clock-out timestamps, break durations, notes, and compliance breach evaluations.
Manager directives, coercion communications, reported harassment chronologies, and witness statements.
All photos of rosters, timesheets, and medical notes stored in private filesystem vaults are immediately unlinked and deleted from disk.
Data Retention Policy Disclosure
ShiftShield operates on a zero-lingering-data policy upon account deletion. We do not retain or sell backup archives of deleted accounts. Once confirmed, all user records and cryptographic evidence are permanently purged immediately.
